Auto Attendant not answering
- Resource Account exists and is licensedTeams Admin Center → Resource accounts. Verify the MCOEV_VIRTUALUSER SKU.
- Phone number is assigned to the resource accountGet-CsPhoneNumberAssignment -AssignedPstnTargetId <resource account-ObjectId>.
- Business hours match current time zoneAuto Attendant settings → Language & time zone.
- Call flow is bound to the Auto AttendantMenu options and default flow are populated.
